September 30, 2008 – Litetronics International, Inc. contracted Triangle, Inc.’s “People with Abilities” production group to perform special inspection and promotional projects for a variety of its energy-saving CFLs.  Triangle is a nonprofit organization that provides employment, job training, residential, health care, and social services to people with mental and physical disabilities. Located in Malden, Mass., the Triangle production group performed a quality inspection audit on over 100,000 CFLs, repackaged lamps for distribution, and applied promotional stickers to CFL boxes for a project with Pacific Gas & Electric.

“We had great success with Triangle,” said Derek Beecham, Purchasing Director for Litetronics International.  “Triangle provided quality work, quick turnaround time, and a good understanding and communication of our needs.” Litetronics’s involvement with Triangle is an example of the company’s desire to help people with special needs develop work skills and financial independence to lead a more fulfilled, self-sufficient life.
