Job Description:
Litetronics International, Inc is a privately held commercial lighting manufacturer based in Alsip, Ill.  The Area Sales manager is responsible for sales and developing business relationships within a three-to-four-state region within the United States.  Positions are available for multiple regions.  Candidates may live in the Chicagoland area or the region in which the position is based.  This position is expected to travel at least 50-75%.

• Minimum of three to seven years of sales experience
• Experience in industrial/lighting distribution desired
• Experience working with end users and applications
• Technical product experience
• Capable of learning the lighting industry and products for markets
• Capable of making effective presentations
• Possess effective oral and written communications skills and excellent interpersonal skills
• Capable of establishing and maintaining effective relationships with all persons with whom this position interacts.
• Aggressive personality
• Live in Chicagoland area or the geographic territory for which the sales manager is responsible
