Robert C. Sorensen
Chairman and CEO
Robert C. Sorensen has served as chairman and CEO of Litetronics International, Inc. since the company was acquired in January 2000. Sorensen is a 30 plus year lighting industry veteran who has been at the forefront of introducing enviro-friendly lighting, compact fluorescent light bulbs, cold cathode light bulbs, and halogen bulbs.  A serial entrepreneur who has been instrumental in starting and operating five successful lighting companies, Sorensen has also acquired three lighting companies and structured three international joint ventures. From November 1995 to August 1999, he served as chairman, president, and CEO of Durolite International, Inc., a specialty lighting group of companies with annual sales of over $95 million USD. Fluent in Mandarin, Sorensen directly oversees Litetronics' international manufacturing facilities in Asia. A member of the Illuminating Engineering Society, Mr. Sorensen has received several patents for lighting products.
Roy Fugman
Chief Financial Officer 
Roy Fugman has served as Litetronics’ Chief Financial Officer since 2003.  He brings over 30 years of experience in a variety of business roles, including accounting, finance, sales, manufacturing management, and business development, to the Litetronics team.  He is responsible for accounting, human resources, strategic planning, commercial banking, and debt financing.  Prior to coming to Litetronics, Fugman served as Chief Financial Officer for Ferris Manufacturing Corporation and Ferris Pharmaceutical, Incorporated and as Vice President of Business Management and Treasurer for M-C Power Corporation.  He earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Illinois and a master’s degree in business management from LaSalle University.  Fugman is also a certified public accountant (CPA) and holds real estate and insurance licenses.
Bob Sorensen
Vice President – Marketing
Bob Sorensen became the Vice President of Marketing for Litetronics International, Inc. in 2009. Prior to being promoted to his current role, he worked in a variety of cross-functional leadership positions at Litetronics including information technology, product management, and marketing. During his 7-year career with Litetronics, Mr. Sorensen has developed strategic OEM partnerships and led strategic marketing initiatives driving 193% compound annual company growth. Mr. Sorensen has a degree in finance from DePaul University and is a member of the Illuminating Engineers Society and the American Marketing Association.
Dan Sorensen
Director of International Sales
Dan Sorensen has worked in a variety of management roles at Litetronics International, Inc., including quality control and customer service. He was promoted to Director of International Sales in 2009. In this leadership position, Sorensen builds profitable long-term Global Distributor relationships. Mr. Sorensen has a degree in finance from Ohio State University.
Jim Ouellette
Vice President –
Consumer Markets

Mr. Ouellette has served as Litetronics’ Vice President – Consumer Markets since the August 2006 acquisition of Harmony Lighting, Inc. He brings 30 years of consumer sales and marketing experience (including 15 years of lighting industry experience) to the Litetronics team. Prior to joining Litetronics, Mr. Ouellette was founder, President & CEO of Harmony Lighting, a company that manufactured and marketed energy efficient CFL lamps and fixtures to both the commercial and consumer markets. His career also includes leadership roles as VP, Retail Sales & Marketing for SLI, Lighting and VP, Marketing for Solium, Inc., a manufacturer of compact fluorescent adapters and ballasts.

Before launching his illustrious career as a lighting industry executive, Mr. Oullette spent twelve years leading athletic footwear consumer marketing, as VP/General Manager for Etonic, Inc., a division of Colgate Palmolive; VP of Marketing for PUMA USA; and at Reebok International, where he successfully re-launched the Reebok brand of children’s footwear and apparel. He began his career at the Gillette Company where he held various sales and marketing positions; assisting in the successful launch of EraserMate pens and serving as Product Manager for the Flair brand of porous pens. Mr. Ouellette has a BBA from the University of Massachusetts and an MBA from Babson College in Wellesley, MA.
